Service Description

After baby is time of bliss, joy, and occasional loss of sleep, changes to in your body, and compensated posture (aka constant baby holding!). Postpartum massage is specifically designed to help you recover from birth or cesearean section, promote sleep, work to correct compensation patterns, and help your body to adjust to the new life with a new little one. Not to mention time much needed time to yourself!
