This can be added at any point of your session. Allow your mind to first relax, connect deeper with yourself, and your body will thank you and reap all the more benefits. 15 minutes of guided mediation added to your allotted session time. * to book an upgraded session, first book the upgrade at preferred time. Then proceed to booking the session (it will show a start time of 5 minutes later, but your session will start at the time of the booked upgrade).
