Cancellation Policy

Life happens.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24 hour notice to prevent a cancellation fee of 50% service price.  Should you need to cancel due to inclement weather, medical or family emergency, cancellation fees are waived.

Late arrival Policy

Time on the road is always unpredictable.  If you think you may be running behind, please call and inform your therapist of your estimated delay.  Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened session.
